The collective agreement for HSA members who are nurses is negotiated between employers and the Nurses Bargaining Association, which represents nurses from the Health Sciences Association and the BC Nurses Union. The BCNU is the largest union in the NBA. At present, about 900 HSA members are covered by this agreement. Employees with BScN preparation will receive an additional $100/month.
